Nuovo Regolamento Macchine
Il giorno 29 giugno 2023 è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta ufficiale dell’Unione europea (L 165) il Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230 del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio, del 14 giugno 2023, relativo alle macchine e che abroga la direttiva 2006/42/CE del Parlamento europeo e del Consiglio e la direttiva 73/361/CEE del Consiglio.
Il regolamento Macchine entrerà in vigore il ventesimo giorno successivo alla pubblicazione nella Gazzetta ufficiale dell'Unione europea e si applicherà a partire dal 14 gennaio 2027.

On June 29th 2023, Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 June 2023 on machinery and repealing Directive 2006/42/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council Directive 73/361/EEC was published in the Official Journal of the European Union (L 165).
The Machinery Regulation will enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union and will apply from January 14, 2027.
