Introduction

Chemsafe, Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Italy and Steptoe & Johnson LLP are setting up a BPR Task Force for Quaternary Ammonium compounds-based products.

Quats are very common active substances used in surface cleaner disinfectants but also for hand disinfectants, as well as other product types. Deadlines to submit authorisation dossiers for products containing Quats under the BPR are expected to arise in 2021 and 2022, depending upon progress in the approval decisions process.

Manufacturers and formulators of Benzalkonium chloride disinfectants (ADBAC/BKC) and DDAC-based disinfectants products containing one or more of three active substances (already listed on Art. 95) would benefit from cost savings from joining the dedicated Task Force:
CAS n° 68424-85-1 (ADBAC/BKC)
CAS n° 68391-01-5 (ADBAC)
CAS n° 7173-51-5 (DDAC)

The aim of this live webinar is to illustrate how potential members could benefit from joining an exclusive all-in-one solution Task Force for your BPR Challenges on Quats authorisation.
